Did ya see us on the morning show? Franky’s Pizza and Delicatessen was featured on WFMJ this morning! The spotlight gave us the chance to share what makes our pizza and deli so special—our craft, our team, and of course, YEAST.

Freshly Baked and Made with Love

The star of the show was our bread. At Franky’s, we take pride in baking our bread fresh daily, right here in-house. Every single pizza shell and 'paffuto' roll is crafted with care here at Franky's in Downtown Warren. Our bakers get up early every day to mix, rise, stretch, and par-bake fresh bread for the restaurant's daily service. It’s more than just pizza dough—it’s the foundation for everything we serve, from our sandwiches piled high with premium deli meats to the crispy, chewy crusts of our signature pizzas.

After all, great bread makes great food.

Exciting New Pizza Additions!

We announced three new pizzas to our menu on the air this morning and retired some other low-performing pizzas (sayonara, Island Living.)

The Lombardo: A flavor-packed pie with Italian sausage, spicy hot peppers in oil, mozzarella, and dollops of our (soon-to-be) famous herbed ricotta.

The Red, White & Green (Striper)

Featuring mozzarella, red sauce, and fresh basil pesto, with parmesan and romano—tastes as good as it looks!

BBQ Chicken and Bacon: Herb-marinated chicken, mozzarella, bacon, red onions, topped with (you guessed it) sweet, smoky, Cockeye BBQ's Original BBQ sauce.
